Online purchases:  

When you place an order through yachstmanclothing.co.uk you are offered to purchase products that are all subject to these terms and conditions: 

  • You must be over 18 years of age and ensure the details you provide us are accurate. Yachtsman Clothing takes no responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly input information.  
  • Any images of products hold no contractual value. Yachtsman Clothing cannot be held responsible for slight discrepancies in colour.  
  • Yachtsman Clothing reserves the right to refuse any purchase if unable to process your payment or if a product is out of stock.  
  • The Yachtsman Clothing website will guide you through finalising your purchase and placing your order, recapping your order information at checkout prior to submission. It is important to use this as an opportunity to review your details prior to placing your order.  

You will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase once you have completed your order on our site.  

If an item becomes out of stock after you place an order, we will cancel the purchase if it is no longer available. In this circumstance, we will notify you and issue you a refund.  

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, Yachtsman Clothing will notify you and issue a refund for the same amount using the same method of payment used to make your purchase.

Yachtsman Clothing has the right to amend or update information on our website at any time and without warning. This is inclusive of prices, product details, or any other information.  

Every payment is subject to a validation and authorisation check by the payment service provider you’ve chosen when making your purchase. If your service provider fails to authorise payment, your purchase will be cancelled, and you will be notified via email or during the checkout process.  

Any special offers and discounts we offer are subject to separate conditions which will be stated on the website at the time of the offer or discount.  

Yachtsman Clothing reserves the right to remove and withdraw any special offers and discounts without warning.  

Shipping and Delivery:  

The cost of your shipping will be outlined at checkout and will be in addition to any purchase you make on our website.  

We aim to dispatch orders within one or two working days following an order confirmation email. 

Dispatch time may vary due to unexpected events, availability of products or high-season sales.  

Products will not be released for dispatch until a pre-authorisation check has been completed and payment has been taken.  

Pending your locality, you will be provided with various delivery options. The charge for delivery will depend on the delivery option you select.  

You must provide accurate delivery address details as Yachtsman Clothing cannot guarantee we can amend this after purchase. The customer is solely responsible for any error in delivery due to a lack of information or incorrect delivery details whilst placing an order.  

Yachtsman Clothing will make every effort to ensure your purchase is delivered within the promised delivery time. Delivery delays can sometimes be inevitable but please contact our customer services team if you have not received your order within the expected delivery time.

No text, video, images, or names and product details are to be used without written permission from Yachtsman Clothing. It is forbidden to reproduce, copy or in any way distribute documents from the Yachtsman Clothing website.
