When will I receive my refund?
Once returns have been received and processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation of the return and details of your refund. Please allow up to 14 days after receipt of your return confirmation email to receive your refund to your original payment method.

If you are interested in becoming a brand ambassador, please contact us through our contact form on our site. Please note, we will only consider brand ambassadors based on their alignment with our brand values.
How do I choose the right size?

We also have many studios in the UK and Europe who source our products and would be happy to support you in choosing your size. If you are unable to locate a studio near you, our customer support team can help you take the correct measurements and select your size.
Are the items the exact colour on my computer?
Whilst Yachtsman makes every effort to ensure our images are as accurate as possible when we showcase our products, we cannot guarantee exact colour specifications based on what device you are reviewing them from, your monitor saturation and the person examining the product. If you have any questions before placing your order, please contact our customer support team who will be glad to assist you with your enquiry.
