Returns:
At Yachtsman Clothing we are committed to sustainability, not just for our products but for our planet too. We encourage our customers to place an order consciously to support our mission of sourcing and creating a greener company, we, therefore, do not offer free returns.
Our guide to purchasing the right fit for your journey should detail how to correctly select your size for your order. If you would like more support with this, we have studios based around the UK where you can try on our items and receive expert customer support to size your item correctly.
If you are unable to attend one of our studios, contact our customer support team who are more than happy to guide you through taking accurate measurements to ensure you receive the perfect product, first time.
Refunds:
We request our customers return purchases via Royal Mail. Please ensure you receive a receipt for confirmation of your return. Yachtsman Clothing will not issue a refund until items have been returned and received by our warehouse.
All returned products must be used with tags still attached to qualify for a refund. If Yachtsman Clothing reviews your item and is of the belief your item has been worn, intentionally damaged, or with no tags attached, we are within our rights to refuse a full refund.
When your return has been received by our warehouse and processed by our team, we will issue your refund. Once we have completed processing your return, you will receive an email confirmation of your return and subsequent refund.
We will refund the paid amount for the purchase, considering discounts and offers applied. The refund will not include the delivery fees you have paid.
We will refund your purchase to the same method of payment you used to purchase your order.
